Research and Exploration 2/ Marqui Mckenzie
1. The sex in the media affects mostly affects children. One way to find research on how this affects children is to ask them on their opinion. For those that may be too young to understand, we should explain to them just how sex in media can affect them and their peers. This can work like an interview.
2. Like many others, I've been exposed to sex and media at an early age. Being older, I know better but sex and media, for a time, did affect my opinion and looks on things such as sex and promiscuity. Also, my baby cousin is starting to be exposed by this because of the music she listens to and the things she says.
3.Streitmatter, Rodger. Sex Sells!: The Media's Journey From Repression To Obsession. N.p.: n.p., n.d. Web. 11 Mar. 2010.
4. I heard that sex in the media is affecting the increase in teen pregnancies. It's also not advocating safe sex which causes an increase.

Personal Ad
18 year old black kid, straight out of Maryland. I came to Chicago for a higher education. Does that make me grown up? It's independence which separates a man from boy, so I'm a man right? Sometimes I'm quiet because why talk unless you have something to say? Some people talk to much about nothing. I say my share of stupid things sometimes but you gotta do, not talk about it. I'm average height, but I want to be tall like the wall and play basketball. Truly I do. I like to think I'm different. Not special, just that I might have something which separates me from other people. Something which makes me...me.
